To begin, please submit a request through the Consultation Form.
We will assign an appropriate contact person who will reach out to you to discuss your research plans. Through this consultation, we will assist you in selecting suitable experimental methods and instruments, determining the application schedule and procedures, and explaining usage fees (if applicable).
We will also coordinate with instrument scientists to support you in preparing application documents and conducting your experiment.

"Rapid Access for Industrial Use" is designed to offer more flexible access for the Urgent Access Proprietary Use. J-JOIN serves as the primary contact point for this program, which is operated in an integrated manner across both MLF and JRR-3. Usage fees are charged for proprietary use proposals.

Research Reactor JRR-3
JRR-3 calls for proposals twice a year (May and November). Any special circumstances exist、JRR-3 also accepts fast track Proposal. The entire process from submission of proposals to submission of reports after the experiment can be done from our online system（ JRR-3 RING system）.
Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC)
J-PARC MLF(Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility) is soliciting General Use Proposals (Short-term and One year*) twice a year in May and November*. The entire process from submission of proposals to submission of reports after the experiment can be done from our online system.
*MLF also accepts other types of proposals: General Use Proposals (Long-term), Fast Track Proposal and Urgent Access.
*The schedule of the Call for Proposals is subject to change.
